Turkey, zucchini and ham rolls

8 slices of turkey breast
2 zucchini
8 slices of ham
150 g Asiago PDO cheese 
4 tablespoons of grated Mature Asiago PDO cheese 
4 tablespoons of oil 
salt, pepper
chopped sage and rosemary 
balsamic vinegar glaze (garnish)

Cut the zucchini into thin slices and broil for a few minutes on both sides; thoroughly flatten the sliced turkey with a meat pounder; slice the Asiago PDO cheese. Take a slice of grilled zucchini, top with a slice of cheese, a slice of cooked ham and another slice of cheese. Roll the slices to roulade and close them with kitchen string or with toothpicks.
Put the rolls in a baking dish with oil, salt and pepper, add the chopped sage and rosemary; sprinkle with a handful of Grana Padano PDO cheese and bake at 200° for 15 minutes. Serve hot, garnish with balsamic vinegar glaze to taste.
