Strips of tuna with steamed zucchini and chips of Grana Padano

4 medium zucchini
200 g Grana Padano PDO
2 baby onions
80 g white flour
1 egg
3 tablespoons of oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Grill each side of the tuna ingot, so that it bakes only externally. Boil the zucchini, thinly sliced lengthwise, in slightly salted water. Prepare the chips by making thin round slices with Grana Padano PDO cheese placing them on a baking sheet and cooking for a few minutes. Leave to cool.
Slice the tuna lengthwise in the same size slices as the zucchini. Place two slices of zucchini and two of tuna rolling them on themselves on a plate; season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and the chips crumbled with Grana Padano. Garnish with salad in shoots and serve.
