40 g of Rocket
1 Nectarine peach from Terrazzo

Blanch the barbecued meat previously flavoured with herbs and extra virgin olive oil. Place the rocket on a plate and pour the fillet escalope adding the nectarines cut into thin slices and extra mature Asiago cheese. Season with a glaze of balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
