Cold pasta with olives, sun dried tomatoes and pine nuts

350 g pasta (shaped according to preference)
50 g of Montasio PDO
12 stoned black olives
1 slice of bacon or ham to be diced
50 g pine nuts
extra virgin olive oil two tablespoons
basil, oregano

 

Preparation time: 5 min

Cooking time: 10 min

Cook the pasta and rinse in cold water to prevent it cooking. In the meantime dice the Montasio PDO cheese and brown the diced speck; place the cheese, pine nuts, olives in round slices, speck and chunks of dried tomatoes in a bowl. Mix everything with the cold pasta, season with extra virgin olive oil, oregano and a few basil leaves.
