200 g of Piave Mezzano
50 g of grated Piave Vecchio
400g of pasta shells
250 g Brussel sprouts
250 g liquid cream
50 g butter
one shallot
salt to taste
Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Soften the chopped shallots, the sprouts boiled and cut into thin strips in butter. Stir in the cream, salt, diced semi-mature Piave PDO and leave to boil until the pieces of cheese melt. Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water, drain and mash them with the seasoning, stir and then sprinkle with Piave Vecchio PDO.
