100 g lettuce
10 kelemata olives
1 sweet red onion
2 fresh cucumbers
2 round tomatoes
olive oil, salt and oregano
Preparation time: 10 min
Wash all the vegetables; cut the salad into thin strips, peel and slice the cucumber and cut the onion into thin slices.
Dice the cheese and add to the vegetables and olives. Season with olive oil, salt and oregano and serve.
