250 g flour
150 g Montasio PDO
150 g Fresh Asiago PDO
2 handfuls of grated Mature Asiago PDO
2 handfuls grated Mature Piave PDO
2 eggs
2 cups of whole milk
1 cup of oil
1 sachet of instant yeast for pizzas and focaccia
Salt to taste
Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Beat the eggs with oil and milk, add grated mature cheese and pieces of fresh cheese; add salt; then add the flour and yeast. Pour the mixture in a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake at 180° for half an hour.
