soy sauce to taste
Algae Nori to taste (optional)

Mash the cooked rice in a small (freezer) bag thoroughly so as to break down the grains; make some balls and flatten them like waffles; heat the oil in a frying pan and when it is hot, cook the rice waffles until they are golden brown on both sides. Add the soy sauce and cook a few more minutes. Lay the slices of Monte Veronese cheese on one side and make them melt. Wrap the rice paper with the alga Nori as desired.
