100 g Asiago Stagionato PDO
200 g fresh egg pasta 
30 g butter
a sprig of parsley
Salt to taste

 

Preparation time: 3 min

Cooking time: 10 min

 

Cook the pasta al dente. Drain without losing all the water and keep half a cup of the cooking water. Toss it in a frying pan with butter and Asiago Stagionato PDO cut into thin flakes. Pour a little cooking water to keep the pasta soft. Serve hot with a little chopped parsley as garnish.
